The taste of the Far East has never been so close. Now it is thanks to the SAJ-GON Bar in the Nowe Bielawy Shopping Mall. The restaurant, being part the HALONG and SAJ GON chain, offers Chinese and Vietnamese food. The most recognisable dishes of the restaurant are spring rolls, made from rice flakes, fresh vegetables, MUN mushrooms, soybean pasta, minced meat or no meat and eggs. SAJ-GON meals are always prepared from fresh lean meat (without hides, fat and bones) with authentic seasoning. It is interesting that some of the seasoning ingredients used at SAJ-GON are medicinal spices providing health benefits to the human body.
